Membership

The Membership Committee leads CABA’s efforts to grow, engage, and strengthen our community. Its mission is to attract new members through creative outreach, while fostering lasting connections among current members.

The Committee maintains accurate member records, manages annual dues, and hosts networking events that showcase the benefits of CABA membership and build camaraderie across the organization.

Membership in CABA is open to the following:

  • Licensed Attorneys
    • In good standing with the Florida Bar, or
    • In good standing with an analogous bar of another state, commonwealth, federal district, or territory within the United States.
  • Registered Paralegals
    • In good standing with the Florida Bar, or
    • Holding similar certification from an analogous bar of another state, commonwealth, federal district, or territory within the United States.
  • Law Students
    • In good standing at their law school.

All members must have a genuine interest in, or sympathy with, CABA’s mission and values

CABA’s annual year runs from October 1st to September 30th. Membership Dues are due on October 1st.
