About Our Organization
The Cuban American Bar Foundation (“CABF”) is dedicated to promoting and assisting law students interested in activities of importance to the Cuban-American community to achieve their full potential through access and increased diversity in the legal profession. In that regard, CABF has endowed scholarships at each of the following Florida law schools:
- Florida International University College of Law
- Florida State University College of Law
- Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center
- St. Thomas University School of Law
- University of Florida – Levin College of Law
- University of Miami School of Law
In addition to its endowed scholarships, the Cuban American Bar Foundation (CABF) awards several annual “At-Large” scholarships to deserving law students nationwide, including those named in honor of CABA Past President Osvaldo Soto and Judge Margarita Esquiroz.
In 2010, with the support of generous donors, CABF established its own endowment to sustain these recurring awards—now nearing $1,000,000. CABF remains committed to advancing diversity in the legal profession by expanding endowed scholarships across Florida and beyond, funding community programs, and supporting exceptional law students.
CABA, its members, and the community thank you for your continued generosity.
