Michael Pineiro is a partner at Marcus Neiman & Rashbaum LLP, a white collar criminal and civil litigation boutique. Mr. Pineiro’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, government enforcement defense, internal investigations, and federal white collar criminal matters.
Mr. Pineiro previously served as a law clerk for The Honorable Adalberto Jordan on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He received his A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar.
Mr. Pineiro was named a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyer Magazine in 2013, 2014, and 2015. He was named by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as one of the 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of South Florida.
Mr. Pineiro is a member of the Belen Alumni Lawyers Section, for which he was previously a member of the Board of Directors, and he has served on the Miami-Dade County 21st Century Schools Bond Advisory Committee, which monitors the implementation of a $1.2 billion general obligation bond for renovating and improving Miami-Dade Public Schools.
