Isabel C. Diaz is a senior counsel in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's Real Estate practice. Ms. Diaz focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions and commercial lending. She has extensive experience in acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing of commercial properties.

In addition, Ms. Diaz focuses on workouts and restructurings of commercial real estate loans, as well as disposition of REO assets. She represents lenders in loan transactions of all sizes, including construction loans and loans involving mortgage and asset based collateral.

Ms. Diaz dedicates a portion of her practice to the representation of commercial landlords in structuring and negotiating complex office or anchor/tenant retail leases. She also represents banks in branch bank leasing work throughout South Florida.

While attending law school, Ms. Diaz served as president and secretary of the Hispanic Law Students Association and vice president of the Student Bar Association.
